Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by the customer
Payment debited but service not delivered due to technical issues
Refund approval will be at the sole discretion of Modular Pulse
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our business, the following are generally non-refundable:
Digital products/downloads once delivered
Training program fees once access is provided / session attended
Consulting & feasibility services once initiated
Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method/bank account.
